MyTCRPlus needed to move from concept to a live compliance platform with 16 tools, REST API, and an Academy in a single quarter — without external capital or a full internal team.
Native Chaos Holding deployed its proprietary 90-day AI-accelerated transformation methodology. LFPT provided the Fractional CMO, shared Marketing team, IT infrastructure, and Finance modeling. NCH’s AI pattern-recognition engine was used to validate use-case taxonomies and approval probability models in real time.
MyTCRPlus launched with 85–90% first-submission approval positioning. The same AI compliance intelligence now runs inside Native Chaos client engagements. LFPT Finance and IT teams built a unified data layer. Native Chaos Holding installed its proprietary strategic architecture frameworks and AI models on top. NCH clients now receive benchmark data drawn from real operating entities inside the group. MyTCRPlus trust-score models improved using landscaping and legal service vertical data. The entire portfolio operates with institutional-grade intelligence that no single entity could afford alone.
Native Chaos was delivering high-velocity transformation for clients but lacked consistent internal operations, HR infrastructure, and capital allocation discipline to scale its own practice.
LFPT installed a full shared-services stack: HR policies and recruiting systems, centralized finance and treasury, IT security and tooling, and a Fractional COO/CFO team. NCH leadership could focus exclusively on client delivery and IP development.
The same operational backbone is now being productized and offered to other group entities. NCH’s frameworks are being adapted for Mora Property Service scaling and Chandler Heritage multi-location expansion.
